HomewardBound Hosts Vaccine Clinic For Grand Junction Homeless Community

On Tuesday, HomewardBound, Colorado Mesa University, and Marillac Health teamed up to provide COVID-19 vaccines to the homeless community in Grand Junction.

The pop-up vaccine clinic was hosted at the HomewardBound North Avenue Shelter and administered 150 Modern vaccines, provided by the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment, to the homeless community and the general public.

The next pop-up vaccine clinic will be hosted on May 18 and those who received their first vaccine on Tuesday can return to get their second vaccine.
